Summer 2010The Center for South Asia (CSA) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is pleased to serve as the host of the pre-departure orientation for the Summer 2010 Fulbright Seminar program to India. We are delighted to be collaborating with the US Department of Education Fulbright office and with the United States-India Educational Foundation in New Delhi.
The Center for South Asia's role is to provide you with helpful information as you prepare to leave for India both practically and educationally. Our Staff is available to answer questions that arise for you as you begin this journey. Please feel free to contact us.

Arrival and Hotel Information
You will be staying at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club. This will also be the venue for the Pre-departure Orientation Sessions. Each participant will be sharing a double occupancy room, please take a look at the rooming list and confirmation numbers. Upon arrival at the Dane County Airport, follow signs to the baggage claim area to retrieve your bags. In the baggage claim area, you will find a courtesy phone for the Concourse Hotel. Please call the hotel to request the complimentary hotel shuttle. The ride to the hotel is less than 15 minutes. If you have any difficulty checking in to the hotel, please contact Mike Kruse, CSA Outreach Assistant, at (608) 320-5598.
