The Center for South Asia (CSA) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is pleased to serve as the host of the pre-departure orientation for the Summer 2009 Fulbright Seminar program to India. We are delighted to be collaborating with the US Department of Education Fulbright office and with the United States-India Educational Foundation in New Delhi.

Sunday, June 28 - Arrival and Check-in

Arrival to the Madison Truax Airport and complimentary hotel shuttle to the Madison Concourse Hotel.

The hotel has been given your arrival information and a shuttle will be waiting for you. Look for the Madison Concourse Hotel shuttle near the exists by the baggage claim area. If you don't see a shuttle, you will find a phone for the Concourse Hotel in the baggage claim area, arrival simply call the hotel to request the shuttle.
